BGB, promoting progression from within!

A huge congratulations to Callum Simpson who has completed his apprenticeship and been rewarded with keys to his own van.  Callum joined us at 17 years old and has had on the job training across all aspects of our product range in both our Service and Installations Department.  Callum has always been keen to learn and has proved himself to be very knowledgeable and proficient in the work he completes.

Over the last 3 years achievements included; passing his 3 year day release course in engineering, gaining his CSCS, IPAF Licence, Harness/HSE Training Certification and the last 4 months prior to be let loose on maintenance and small repairs were spent under close on site assessment by  our Service Engineering Supervisor, before finally recently gaining his 2 day DHF Gate safe Accreditation and the keys to his new shiny van.
