Experienced Ground Worker based in North West

Boundary Gate and Barrier Installations are looking for an experienced ground worker to join its busy team who operate nationally in the UK.  Working as part of a team of two, you will be responsible for leading and carrying out all the groundwork aspects of the installation projects. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and be prepared to work away from home during the week as and when necessary.

Desirable Qualifications

CSCS or CPCS

NPORS Operators Card
Manual Handling
Abrasive Wheels
CAT/Genny
Driving License

Desirable Practical experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience of groundwork
Reading cad and civil engineering drawings
Excavations up 3m deep
Experience of using a digger, hydraulic breaker and Stihl Saw

Use of level for setting out
Making up simple formwork for shuttering
Duct laying, tagging and rodding
Cold lay reinstatement

20 Holiday with days increasing for each year of employment up to 25 days

Full Uniform and PPE provided by BGB

Excellent rates of pay negotiable based on experience and qualifications
